 In an event named 'Total Ban on Liquor during the Elections' organized by the Energy Foundation on Thursday, 28th March 2019, at the Café Bhadaas. Urjaa Guru Arihant Rishi demanded a countrywide total ban on alcohol consumption and alcohol selling during the general elections. The dearest disciple of spiritual guru Mahamna Acharya Samrat Kushagranandi Ji Maharaj, Urjaa Guru Arihant Rishi requested the Chief Election Commission of India, for a total liquor prohibition during the Lok Sabha elections in the country, which is going to be held from April 11 to May 19, 2019 in 7 phases, and in the assembly elections in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha and Sikkim. Arihant Rishi believes that consumption of alcohol also influences a person’s mentality as well as his/her personality.

Urjaa Guru Arihant Rishi has been given recently a place in the Central Saint Board of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP). This is the first time that a Jain saint got a place in the VHP. Commenting on the joining VHP, Urjaa Guru said that the VHP is doing a good job for the cause of social welfare, so by the association with VHP, I want to do the same. The proponent of the right use of energy, the motivational speaker Urjaa Guru, has done unprecedented work so far. गाँव के पानी में मिल रहा है फैक्ट्री का जहर


हरियाणा के सोनीपत में सबोली गाँव में लोग पानी तक पीने से परहेज करते हैं. गाँव के लोग हर कीमत पर गाँव छोड़ना चाहते हैं क्योंकि यहाँ के हर दूसरे-तीसरे घर में कैंसर का एक मरीज है.


न्यूज़ 18 इंडिया की एक खास रिपोर्ट के अनुसार सबोली गाँव के लगभग हर तीसरे-चौथे घर में कोई ना कोई कैंसर से पीड़ित है क्योंकि यहाँ लगी फैक्ट्रियां तेजी से जहर उगलती जा रही हैं। इस वजह से गाँव वाले कैंसर जैसी जानलेवा बीमारियों की चपेट में आसानी आ रहे रही हैं।


यहाँ मौजूद जयादातर फैक्ट्रियों के पास फैक्ट्री से निकलने वाले कचरे को नष्ट करने के लिए प्लांट नहीं हैं। वेस्ट मटेरियल को नष्ट करने के लिए फैक्ट्री मालिक बोरिंग कर उसे सीधे जमीन के अंदर डालते जा रहे हैं।लेकिन ये केमिकल धरती के नीचे मौजूद पीने के पानी में घुल रहा है जिसकी वजह से इलाके का पानी जहरीला हो गया है.


इस केमिकल में लेड, आयरन, क्रोमियम जैसे खतरनाक है वी मेटल्स होते हैं जिनके शरीर में जाने से कैंसर जैसी बीमारी होती है। सिर्फ पानी में ही नहीं, हवा में भी इंडस्ट्री से उठता धुंआ गाँव के लोगों की सांस में जहर घोल रहा है क्योंकि यहाँ की ज्यादातर फैक्ट्रियों की चिमनियां ऊंचाई पर नहीं हैं।


बताया गया कि जहरीली हवा और पानी से साबोली गांव में बीते एक साल में कैंसर से 15 लोगों ने अपनी जान गंवा दी जब कि करीब 10 लोग कैंसर से पीड़ित हैं. और दावा है कि अगर फैक्ट्रियों को बंद नहीं किया गया तो ये आंकड़ा बढ़ सकता है।


ऐसा नहीं है कि सबोली की समस्या पर किसी का ध्यान नहीं गया। एक एनजीओ ने गाँव में पीने के पानी और एयर क्वालिटी की जांच भी करवाई, जिसमें पाया गया कि पानी में कैंसर पैदा करने वाले लेड, आयरन, क्रोमियम जैसे खतरनाक हैवी मेटल्स हैं, जो पानी और हवा के जरिए लोगों के शरीर में बड़ी तेजी से घुसरहेहैं |इस एनजीओ ने एक सर्वे भी करवाया, जिसमें पाया गया कि गाँव के कई लोगों में कैंसर जैसी बीमारी के लक्षण हैं। लेकिन, प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों से शिकायतों के बाद भी हालात में सुधार नहीं हुआ और लोग बीमार होते गए। 


इस बीच सबोली पंचायत ने बेतहाशा प्रदूषण फैला रही फैक्ट्रियों को बंद करवाने की कई कोशिशें की, बड़े अधिकारियों से शिकायतें भी की लेकिन अधिकारियों ने फैक्ट्रियों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की. हालांकि इलाके के सांसद रमेश कौशिक से जब चेनल की टीम ने फैक्ट्रियों के केमिकल से होने वाले प्रदूषण और कैंसर पीड़ितों पर सवाल किए तो वो जल्द कार्रवाई करने के दावे करने लगे।


एक आंकड़े के मुताबिक देश के 21 राज्यों के 153 से ज्यादा जिले आर्सेनिक घुले पानी की समस्या से जूझ रहे हैं। इनमें दिल्ली- एनसीआर, उत्तरप्रदेश, बिहार, राजस्थान, पश्चिम बंगाल और झारखंड सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित हैं। इन जिलों में करीब 1 करोड़ 47 लाख लोग खतरनाक आर्सेनिक घुला पानी पीने को मजबूर हैं। आंकड़े के मुताबिक, देशभर में हर साल कैंसर के करीब 7 लाख नए मरीज सामने आते हैं जबकि कैंसर से ही करीब 8 लाख लोगों की मौत हर साल होती है दिल्ली में हर एक लाख की आबादी पर करीब 100 लोग कैंसर की जकड़ में हैंइनमें महिलाओं में स्तन, तो पुरुषों में फेफड़ों का कैंसर सबसे ज्यादा देखने को मिला है।


मिला है। लेकिन अंत में सवाल ये है कि जिन्दगी भर इस गाँव में बिताने के बाद लोग अपने घरों को छोड़ कर जाएं तो जाएं कहां?
