85 year old Janak Kumari voted first at Char Imli polling booth

Eighty five year old Janak Kumari Sapra, casted her vote with three generation i.e. son M.K. Sapra, daughter in-law Sangeeta Sapra and grandson at Char Imli polling booth of Bhopal parliamentary constituency before anyone else. She has been casting her vote in every election since the age of 21 year.


The CEO Shri V.L. Kantha Rao watching her standing in a queue to cast vote made stand her first in the queue. Her grandson Manav Sapra casted his vote first time.


Relaxed Rakhi casts her vote


Rakhi Semiya, who went to Khurai assembly polling booth no. 51 of Sagar along with her infant daughter became relaxed after handing over her daughter to aaganbadi worker and assistant of crèche made at the polling booth. Balloons and toys were also made available for children at the aanganbadi centre. Smt. Rakhi Semiya says that because of this arrangement she casted her vote with relax.
