With state-of-the-art sites in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, more than 1,000 strong workforces celebrated together online, transforming this on-site event to a virtual one.
SYKES India organized the Spotlight Awards virtually to let its employees connect, celebrate, and join from the convenience of their homes. The event acknowledged their people for their positive attitude, resourcefulness, excellent customer service, and the completion of special projects even during these difficult times Awardees, who have shown outstanding work, were handed with over INR 10,000 each, as well as surprise gadgets, gift hampers, trophies, and certificates for their achievements. Some awards that were given during the event were Best Performance, Popular choice on the floor, and Power Woman for female employees who showcased outstanding leadership.
The celebration was also kept alive through dance and singing performances of the employees, telecasted during the event. The employees grooved to hit songs such as ‘Ghunghroo’ from the movie War. To motivate employees in these trying times, SYKES has invested INR 3,000,000 for the event where the attendees were also treated with amazing raffle prizes.
