Matrimony.com, India’s leading consumer Internet Company announced another addition to their leadership team, with S. Rajesh Balaji joining as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Rajesh will oversee all aspects of human resources strategy, talent management, building individual and organizational capabilities, organization design and digitization amongst others.
A seasoned HR professional and a dynamic leader, he has more than two decades of experience in establishing and transforming human resources functions at global, high-tech companies across Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors spanning multiple geographies.
Prior to Matrimony.com, Rajesh served in leadership roles with Landmark Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays & Hewitt Associates. His academic credentials include an Executive Leadership Program from Said Business School, Oxford University, besides post-graduation in Human Resources.
